A simple approach: understand, build, explain

How we work: from briefing to release, a 6-stage roadmap, fixed sprints, transfer of code ownership and answers to clients' frequent questions.

Our principles

Open access to tasks and code

From the day the deal is signed, we give you access to the task tracker and the repository. You see every task in progress and the time spent on it.

Predictable budget

For projects with a clear specification we take on the financial risk at a fixed price. For flexible scenarios we use sprints with an hourly cap.

Code without technical debt

The code is written so that, years from now, any other team can extend it. Every line goes through static analysis and an architect's review.

Dedicated team

The developers assigned to your project aren't spread across other tasks — which means a deep understanding of your business.

Project roadmap

Stage 01: Deal and briefing (3–5 business days)

We dive into your business, formalize the requirements, sign an NDA and fix the budget in a transparent contract with a clear description of the result.

Stage 02: Analytics and UX/UI design (2–3 weeks)

We build an interactive prototype, work out every screen and state, and create an extensible design system that's ready for front-end development.

Stage 03: Development in sprints (4 to 16 weeks)

We write clean, tested code in two-week sprints. Each sprint delivers a working version of the product on a test server and a demo of the result.

Stage 04: QA and security (1–2 weeks, in parallel with the sprints)

Functional and load testing, cross-browser checks and an OWASP vulnerability audit before the production release.

Stage 05: Release and handover (2–4 days)

We perform the final production release with no downtime, set up monitoring and hand over the full set of rights and documentation.

Stage 06: Support and growth (ongoing, under an SLA)

We don't disappear after launch: a warranty period, a rapid response to incidents and product development driven by analytics.

Frequently asked

Who owns the rights to the source code?

All intellectual property rights — code, design, documentation — are fully transferred to the client under the contract once the relevant stages have been paid for.

What if you miss the deadline?

We take responsibility for delays that are our fault — it's written into the contract. Regular two-week sprints mean any deviations are spotted early.

How does payment work?

Payment is staged — as sprints are completed or milestones delivered. We don't ask for full prepayment: a deposit for the first sprint is enough to start.

What does the warranty period cover?

For 6 months after release we fix any code defects and deviations from the specification free of charge, and keep everything working when the environment is updated.

Can you join our existing team?

Yes — we work either on a turnkey basis or by reinforcing your team with our specialists.
